Recruiting Specialists
HDJ & Associates, Inc. has an on-going need for recruiting specialists. This is a challenging position that offers unlimited income potential.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates
- Sourcing candidates using a wide variety of vehicles – to include cold calling, internet, etc.
- Conducting candidate internet searches using Boolean Logic and advanced searching techniques
- Working closely with HDJ sales professionals to define, implement and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies that meet the staffing needs of the client
- Meeting required call volume and productivity expectations as defined
- Track and record candidate disposition in our national database
- Providing support for consultants placed on assignment
Successful candidates must have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a diverse recruitment environment
- Experience must include utilizing resume databases and job boards - "rousing" experience a plus
- High level of energy, commitment and enthusiasm
- Solid track record of success
- Technically savvy - understanding of current technologies, trends, etc.
- Understanding of online tools, software, chat rooms, search engines, resume databases
- Internet savvy to perform targeted Internet research/searches identifying candidates to meet objectives
- Superior Cold Calling skill required
- Above average verbal and written communication skills are required, including proven organizational, collaboration, strategic, creative thinking and analytical skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and be self motive - a sense of urgency is imperative
- Proactive approach and the ability to act quickly and efficiently
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage situations in a professional and tactful manner
- Work well independently and in a team environment
- Ideally, candidates will also have a pipeline of local candidates built on years of experience
A solid compensation package will be laid out for the right candidate, including a generous competitive salary, uncapped, high-commission structure and a company bonus plan. Other considerations can be made for a top-notch candidate.

Sales Professionals
HDJ & Associates, Inc. also has an on-going need for sales professionals. This too is a challenging position that offers unlimited income potential.
Primary responsibilities include:
- To sell HDJ's wide range of recruiting services to new HDJ clients
- Professionally represent HDJ at local and national networking events
Successful candidates must have / be :
- Proven track record(min of 3+ years exp) in selling staffing services with a consistent performance
- Proactive, assertive style
- Passion to establish long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Team player who has built loyalty with placements, clients and peers
- Recognizes that the winning strategy is "you are going to become my client or my source!"
- High level of energy, commitment and enthusiasm
- Technically savvy - understanding of current technologies, trends, etc.
- Superior Cold Calling skill required
- Above average verbal and written communication skills are required
