Gary A. Napotnik, Managing Director

Gary brings over 20 years of highly successful and extensive background in hiring, training and employee development to HDJ & Associates. Gary 's areas of expertise include retained and container employment search services and sales management consulting services.

He has held executive sales management positions with IBM's Catapult Software Training Centers, Global Intelicom/Vircom Technologies Group, Cerebellum Software, Systems Modeling Corporation and Rockwell Automation.

Most recently, Gary was Director of Sales, North America , for Rockwell Automation's Global Manufacturing Solutions Group. He was a member of the senior management-appointed Sales Excellence Committee and has been a featured speaker on the subject of solution and executive selling at several national conferences.

Married with three children, Gary is a veritable one-man band, who enjoys spending his off-hours playing the guitar and drums, and listening to all types of music. He can also be found watching football, and checking radar on The Weather Channel.
