Retainer
A retained search is our most dedicated level of employment solution. You will be provided a team of resources who are devoted to working proactively to find the appropriate candidate for your open position. Each step in the retainer search process is driven by Six Sigma principles and is customized to your organization’s needs.

A retained search is paid in three installments. Typically thirty percent of the candidate’s annual base salary, retained search payments are made at the start of the search, 60 days into the search and at the successful conclusion of the search.

Container
Our most utilized employment solution, a container search is a flexible employment solution that gives your search guaranteed priority. Following the same process and principles as our retained search, the container search gives you a dedicated HDJ team who will work to find the best candidate for your position.

A container search is paid in three installments. An initial payment of $5,000.00 is made at the start of the search. Twenty percent of the candidate’s annual base salary is then invoiced at the successful completion of the search, and is payable in two equal payments over sixty days.

Contingency
A contingency search is the most basic employment search, where a fee is paid only when an appropriate candidate is placed. A contingency search is a less dedicated search, but is attractive to an employer because they do not incur any upfront, out-of-pocket expenses.

Typically twenty-five percent of the candidate’s annual base salary, contingency search payments are made at the successful conclusion of the search.

Onsite Recruiting
If you are looking to fill multiple positions within your organization, but don’t necessarily have the time, resources or bandwidth to dedicate to the interviewing and hiring process, HDJ’s onsite recruiting is the ideal employment solution for you.

A member of our team will work onsite, within your organization, to manage your hiring process from start to finish. Focusing only on your company, this dedicated resource ensures that you successfully fill your staffing needs, without incurring many of the time and cost inefficiencies associated with a traditional hiring process.
